Message From Leadership

Congratulations on your choice to pursue a career in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine!

In our program, you will learn by caring for patients with varied complex pathology while working with a diverse faculty with expertise in pulmonary hypertension, asthma, COPD, lung cancer, occupational lung disorders, interventional pulmonology and sleep medicine. You will gain proficiency in bedside ultrasonography, bronchoscopic techniques and other specialty related procedures.  Our Critical Care consult and MICU services allow you to learn while teaching residents. Rotations in cardiac, surgical and thoracic surgery ICUs further enhance your critical care training.

Regardless of future practice goals, research is pivotal to understanding the literature affecting patient care. Therefore, fellows are provided ample opportunities for clinical or bench research.

We welcome your interest in our program and are convinced you will not be disappointed if you give us further consideration. Best of luck!
