Admission Requirements
Our Emergency Medical Services Fellowship program is accredited by the American Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). We currently match two (2) PGY- 4 positions.
- Applications accepted: April 1 – November 1
- Virtual interview period: August - October
- All applications should be submitted to Leslie Amos and/or Emily Faris
Application to our residency program is highly competitive. Listed below are some key items that we look for in candidates:
- All applications should be submitted to Leslie Amos and/or Emily Faris
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Program director’s letter
- Minimum of one (1) letter of recommendation, maximum of four (4)
For international graduates:
- At least six months of direct patient care experience in the U.S., Canadian or British systems
- Sponsor J-1 Visas
- We do not sponsor H1-B or F1 visas
- No observerships are accepted
- ECFMG certification
