2-week EM Acting Internship:
- 7-8 Clinical Shifts at Roanoke Memorial Hospital
- Procedure lab: learn chest tubes, central lines and difficult airway
- High fidelity simulation led by EM faculty
2-week Wilderness Medicine elective:
- Swift water rescue, technical rope rescue, marine medicine, cave rescue, and more!
- Wilderness Medicine Provider Course
- Opportunity to earn FAWM credits
Dates for 2026:
August 31st – September 26th, 2026 or September 13th – October 10th, 2026
Cost:
$495 (covers courses, activities and some meals during the 2 week WM elective portion)
