Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship

Thank you for your interest in the Carilion Clinic—Virginia Tech Carilion Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship. Applicants must be board-eligible in psychiatry and eligible for Virginia licensure.

Interviews will be conducted virtually. To be granted a virtual interview, please submit the following:

• Curriculum vitae (with recent passport-type photo attached)
• Copy of medical school transcript and diploma
• Letter of recommendation from the candidate's residency director
• Two other letters of recommendation from physicians who support your interest and goals in geriatric psychiatry
• USMLE Step 1, 2 and 3 scores
• ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of U.S. citizenship, a copy of Permanent Resident card, or a copy of J1 visa
