All programs in Carilion Clinic GME operate on a 13-block schedule
Schedules may vary depending on the availability of rotations
Maximum of 20 vacation days permitted in each year of training
Residents will participate in a four-week Research Training block during their PGY1 (CA-0) year, and will receive time for research as necessary throughout residency training
